UH system hacked. 400 sites/server! UH dealt with incident & us very poorly. We posted message to UH support forums asking if other UH customers having same issues; UH deleted messages, accused me of "spamming", being unprofessional & "acting immaturely"! |

Excellent service except my entire reseller site ie all my domains - got frozen out three times. I appears that I was using Dreamweaver to update directly on the web. There was no notification of the blocking and I lost clients. |

Joined United after leaving Pipex. Service is amazing, email responses in a matter of minutes. Servers are fast, not too clogged and downtime, what downtime. Features are useful and excellent value for money. |
