Cons:	Utterly waste of my time and money. Zero tech support.

Pros:	Good balance of value and features. MySQL & PHP support, plus SSH, FTP, and POP3!
Cons:	UI for administrating the account can be slow for low bandwidth users (graphic icons, etc.)
