Mediocre
The quality of Valcato's services have, unfortunately, slowly gone down over the past few years. Support is still great, but I've previously had problems with downtime, severe slowness, and delayed email. In fact, as I write this, their home page is down.

If you need a good technical support, with fast and smart workers - VALCATO is your choice. And it's not an advertisement. I really was watching a lot of different hosting providers. Valcato is the best! :)
