Web Hosting Review: Customer support is appauling. Made to wait 30 minute when I was told to hold just a few minutes. My site has been down for past two days. Tech support barely speak / understand English. Unacceptable service. Verio don't deserve my business.

Web Hosting Review: Been using them from 2003. Ever since they outsourced their "support:" it's been horrible. I'm in the process of moving to another host.

Web Hosting Review: Don't use Verio Web Hosting. They went to the dumps with cust. / tech. support. Other than sales, if you want anything else from these people, FA-GETTA-BOUT-IT. They are the worst Web Hosting Service around these days.Trust these reviews, they are true.

Web Hosting Review: After a complete system crash, "tech support" person could only say over & over in broken English, "That is not in plan. Talk to sales. Site is full." US sales rep finally broke rules and fixed in seconds. Support used to be great, but now HORRIBLE

Web Hosting Review: Worst web hosting experience I have ever had in over 15 years of working with web hosting companies. Choose another web hosting company if you want to avoid your site crashing and dealing with incompetent tech support.

Web Hosting Review: Used V. for over 10 yrs w/various accounts. Tech support always WAS top notch - people knew the servers like the back of their hand. Over last 6 months, that& customer service has dropped to the trash. Apparently outsourced now to people who know NOTHING.

Web Hosting Review: Our email servers go down at least three times a week.
No one in Tech support speaks English well.
Problems do not get resolved. They tell you that they're opening a ticket and sending it to high-level support. You never head from the again.

Web Hosting Review: Been wanting to leave Verio for a long while, finally able to do it now. Their tech support is not good, often send in an email with no response. I would not recommend this web hosting provider.

Web Hosting Review: The minute I add any type of ASP.NET-style application to my shared hosting plan, performance was horrible. AppPools would take too long to re-load after idle timeout (close to 100 sec load). The tech "support" is slow and useless, but good sales team.

Web Hosting Review: I've been using Verios since way back before they bought out iServer. Their customer service is 2nd to none and their servers are rock solid. I'll never give them up!
