My site was hacked through vexxhost's back door.
I found out:
a) there is NO TECH SUPPORT VIA PHONE
b) they did not respond to ANY of my tickets on this matter over 3 weeks and several tickets
So I moved my site and say USE ANYONE BUT VEXXHOST! |

Beware. They will suspend your account at the smallest issue and modify and delete your files without any notice of they have ANY issue with them. I had a my files frozen because I made a mistake in configuration which caused their server to slow. |

They offer 2% Cpu usage on shared hosting, all sites offer 10% and up.
What they did is after i started getting 500 visitors per day, they asked me to move to VPS, so i had to move from them to another shared hosting company |
