Worst support I've ever dealt with! Do not even consider this host. Response time is pitiful. They make incompetent and unauthorized decisions that take down websites. We are obviously dealing with outsourced IT with no management. |

I have had them close to 2 years now. No major problems until recently. I had a site down for over 60 hours. Good luck if you can get your ticket answered. You can forget about the phone support. They close tickets without resolving the issue etc... |
