i have had 36 hours downtime in the past 48 hours and its still clocking. We have had problems with mysql not connecting to the database. They wont take any responsibility for it all they want is to sell me a bigger package steer clear waste of cash |

I realize my experience is out of the ordinary BUT Incidents included client's domain resolving to a placeholder website after she renewed; directly contradicting advice from techs on such simple matters as changing namesevers, later etc. Weeks of delay. |

email server is not secure. spammers send email through my domain without my knowledge or consent. Vistapages support is unable to solve the problem. Their customer service "VP" is rude and unresponsive. They get very defensive and snippy. |
