I've been with them 4 at least 4 years, but all up a sudden their service become worst than bad. No support, lack of service, slow pages, no e-mails, DB errors, and if got e-mails from them it was only "Sorry about that" service is back now |

Horrible host, does not live up to 99.7% uptime promice. Does not offer phone support, even tho you pay for it.
Will not refund money when they don't live up to their end of the contract. Check out the BBB, they have a horrible rating. Stay Away!! |

Host is a joke. They do not respond to support. They have a number to call that tell you they do not have phone support in a recorded message. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this host. |

I've been with vizaweb for about 2 years. Near the end of last year they did run into some personel problems and while I was tempted to leave them for another host decided to stick it out and see what happens. They've been reliable for me. |

Couldn't receive emails for almost 3 weeks on my Vizaweb site! Contacted Vizaweb from hotmail account desperate for them to get back to me. Received NO response from them! Renewed my service before problems, asked they refund my money. They refused. |

Our site would go down for days, and could not get any technical support. Our Pro Plan included phone support, but nobody would answer the phone.
They say they are overwelmed with new customers, but continue to take on more. |
