I found them by chance and I do not regret it for a second. Their friendliness and support is wonderful. We are based in the UK and we adore this type of service. As my company's owner I am fastidious and hard to please, but they have restored my faith.

I discovered them two days ago and have registered two domain names. One of them is for my 15 year old son who had his web site up and running before I did !

I have been working with them for the last 5 months. The website builder is absolutely fantastic. I built up my site (11 html pages) in about one week. I found the support very useful. I am totally satisfied with them.

the support is OK. when ever my site goes down though i submit a ticket but its back up when they look. billing is really bad they tried to bill mr 3 times for the one year and they though it was funny in the support desk they need improing. price is ok

Down OVER 40%! Ticket closed because site was up when they looked, sent another when down again, closed again. Posted SUPPORT forum to find live person, post deleted. Banned for “complaining” and told to open yet another ticket-STILL unanswered!

Throughout forums such as this, I have seen users (from VodaHost) giving a tip-top review about their services after every bad one. They often will make up some slanderous claim about the author, often saying that they are pulling off some scan.

We came to voda in 2005 after comparing many hosts. The customer service is excellent but uptime and server reliability is what they excel at, we run a very busy hotel booking site, any downtime would kill us. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great, support is outstanding and the uptime is awesome, I can only say good things about them. Their package is excellent value for money and give you lots of everything like bandwidth, hard drive space, databases, emails etc etc.
