Its really a sad state of affairs over there, I'm glad to be done with this company. If you're considering this host, stop, run head first in to a brick wall, then think about it again. Rinse and repeat until you stop thinking so foolishly. |

STAY AWAY!! The support was less than average. I would call and submit tickets that would be never be responded to. My site was down for half a month and they not only would re-imburse me, they proceeded to charge me an additional month fee for cancelling |

I experienced 2 weeks down time and they fail to even answer my trouble tickets on a bug they found on their server side. They refuse to move me over to a new server and my buisiness has been down for 2 weeks. |

Service was always up but always very slow. Likey due to the spammers they let use their IP space (do some searches and you will see). I have had to open a case with the BBB due to their support and billing practices and reccomend that you stay away. |

I have had my hosting with Votech Inc for 2 years or more, I have never had any problem that they have not been able to take care of. They offer the best hosting services that I have ever had. I have had previous hosts and they all suck compared to Vortec |
