Been with them 8 yrs, but the last 2 have been horrid. They have been hacked with websites added to my account, they have virus infection requiring us to change our passwords every couple days. They are in bankruptcy. The new mgmt is awful. BEWARE! |

Its really a sad state of affairs over there, I'm glad to be done with this company. If you're considering this host, stop, run head first in to a brick wall, then think about it again. Rinse and repeat until you stop thinking so foolishly. |

STAY AWAY!! The support was less than average. I would call and submit tickets that would be never be responded to. My site was down for half a month and they not only would re-imburse me, they proceeded to charge me an additional month fee for cancelling |

I experienced 2 weeks down time and they fail to even answer my trouble tickets on a bug they found on their server side. They refuse to move me over to a new server and my buisiness has been down for 2 weeks. |

Service was always up but always very slow. Likey due to the spammers they let use their IP space (do some searches and you will see). I have had to open a case with the BBB due to their support and billing practices and reccomend that you stay away. |
