I've been with Vortech for over a year and have been very satisfied with service & the "extras" that they offer. Quality of Tech Support was has gotten much better in last couple of months. Replies to tickets are now more verbose and significant. |

As an "outside USA" customer of Vortech I have found them GREAT. Even with the time zone differences if I ever (not often) have a enquiry the response is fast. They keep me informed of network changes and upgrades. Good service and plans :-))) |

They have been rock solid since day one. Every time I had a question or a problem (99% were caused by me) they quickly took care of it. Also helpful with trouble shooting things that are not really their problem. Great people with outstanding support. |

I've been with Vortech longer than any other host because of their outstanding support and communication with their customers. Relability is good, but when the servers go down, they don't hassle you on your credit claims against their uptime guarantee. |
