The most important thing of a hosting provider is its support (in this case: best). Getting your questions answered, often within an hour is very nice! The worst thing that can happen to you as a customer, is being left alone. Not here! Satisfied! |

Vortech is very reliable as a host and as a company in general. They have excellent customer service and support. If you call someone will actually answer. The 3 is for the mail7 server that had trouble recently, but it's working again now. |

In 15 months I've been with Vortech, I have received excellent customer and tech support. The 3 rate for reliability/uptime is due to the long time needed to restore failed hard drive maybe unavoidable in shared environment. |
