In 15 months I've been with Vortech, I have received excellent customer and tech support. The 3 rate for reliability/uptime is due to the long time needed to restore failed hard drive maybe unavoidable in shared environment. |

Great support, REAL PEOPLE there to answer you. a couple downtimes or disk problems but THEY FIXIT QUICK and keep us (the ressellers) up to date. |

Nearly a perfect hosting company. I highly recommend Vortech. Their tech support ROCKS! The only reason I rated them 3 on the Uptime is because of the system re-boots. I know it's most likely for server performance reasons, but it still bugs me a little. |

Vortech has been a great host for resellers and we are glad we found them! While our prior host was also very good, price was the determining factor. While their have been bumps along the road Vortech support is always honest and on top of the situation. |

Backups not so good, data loss can result. Cancel 30 to 60 days in advance.
Unlike other resellers, vortech will not cancel an account on request. They will charge for an extra month, pointing to obscure 'rules'. Be forewarned of this expensive gotcha. |
