It clearly states we require notification of non-renewal with at least 30 days notice. If you do not provide this notice, you will be charged for the next terms rate. You cancelled your account the day before your renewal date, therefore you are responsible for the final payment of $35.00.
However, you were granted a refund and it was issued on 11/30/02 despite the fact that you did not follow policy. |
