Save yourself, do not get sucked into their mess. Unable to login to my account, they told me my term was 1 month. 3 years later they're still sucking money out of it and I still cant login to see how much they are taking or close my account. No ethics

Unacceptable wait times on phone for customer service
Although their customer service people are pleasant and competent, if you have better things to do with your time than wait on hold at least 10 minutes, I suggest you utilize another hosting company. Long waits are typical.

Web.Com is a big rip off
Think twice before going with Web.com. They will hose you with promises and high rates. Then after they shut you down, you can't get your money back unless your request is "approved" by them. You are much better off going with a local company.

Worst company ever!
I knew it was too good to be true when the sales rep said they can build me a site i showed them. They said YES to everything before I sign up. After that, everything sucks! Avoid Web.com and go with StableWP.com for wordpress site - much better!

Please save your company a nightmare! Stay away from Web.com and netwrok Solutions. The absolute worse company I have ever dealt with. Trying to close all accounts and go to a reputable company.

Less ethics than a purse thief.
Horrible sales person quoted me for building a website for 114.95 dollars x 4 quarterly payments in order to own the site. They then billed me 114.95 dollars a month. 460 is allot different than 1380! Also, totally incapable designers!

Avoid this company at all cost
This is a waste of time and money. I signed in to build my website to find out that after I wasted my time to register and I paid that they don't have any website for the business I am in. It took a long phone call to cancle and no refud.

This company is a glorified scam who's sales people will tell you anything to secure your account. This company cannot be trusted. They are incompetent, and misleading. They say one thing and do another. Then they have convenient excuses for everything.

SIGNED UP AND NEVER USED THE WEB PAGE PHONED TO CANCEL BEFORE THE 30 DAY TRIAL, WHICH WAS PASSED TO ABOUT 5 PEOPLE AND TODAY THEY TOOK £23.00 pounds out of my account.
