Thieves
They collected $1000 to set up a landing page in my NJ /FL locations. Then they asked for $750 more for run my ppc for 4 days. Then asked for another $1500 for my ppc
I never received any calls

After 3 days decided not to go with a web page for my small business.
Only to get a call saying deposit was non-refundable as business to business. I wouldn't of proceeded if i was to this. Only thing they had done was call me to try up sell product.

If I could I would have given Negative stars. First they call and email non stop until you give into the harassment. Then they sucker you for a fee of $250 fee to start the page plus another $39 a month to maintain the website. They never update anything

Clueless Company
Web.com sells crap products. Their marketing program, called Ignite, does nothing."We submit your website to over a hundred places online" Do you really need your painting business advertised on a wedding website? They charge you without your approval.

Technologically incompetent, would fail a Data Processing 101 class in the 1980s. Real f'ng idiots.

$150 plus plenty of random and hidden charges per month and you get a terrible web page that looks like a cheap myspace page. When you call them or try to deal with them they will switch you from person to person with no help

There Are 1000 Other Options, And They're All Better Than Web.com
Web.com has the worst customer support I've ever delt with (think cable company, or calling the government). Horrible designs too. We moved to SetMySite and couldn't be happier. I suggest you look elsewhere if you're in the market for a new site. Good luk
