AWFUL!
I missed the part where I'd be charged $42\mo. Wasn't able to complete set up bc they didn't offer what I needed. I didn't log in for a while, forgot pswd, sent emails to cancel and still got chrgd. They won't credit ANYTHING back. I paid for NOTHING!

The Worst RIP OFF!
These people are using false advertisement. They tell you $5.95 up front, then what they don't say I'd that they will bill you $98 automatically before a 30 days. They don't help you ser up site. When you try to follow their link, it never work, big waste

They will lie to you and you don't even realize that they did it. You will ask them specifically for something that you want and they will tell you "no it's this not that." Such bullshitters and liars. Not just one did it but many of them did it to me.

Tried to cancel...
I tried to cancel. Can't do it online. Phone only. (nice , right?) I called. "Oh, sure. Happy to help. Just hold one moment...." They never returned to the phone and after 20 minutes I hung up. These people are real gems.

Will not release your domain
Web.com gives you the run around when trying to transfer your domain away. Even had one support tech say that we weren't registered at web.com. Then all of the sudden your domain is registered with them but they make up other excuses. Buyer beware.

We have been with you since Sept 2015 and have experienced site going down at minimal of once per week since we started with you, but this week alone on mon-wed the site was down and now thur-fri the store is down. you cant keep a site up for nothing!

They are a scam company they tried to steal my domain so they can sell it, most likely they would sell it back to me with a lot higher price. This company is fraud company you need to stay away from them.

Avoid, they miss sell the product. Not only did they take months to get my website close to acceptable, the "do it yourself" software is clunky and un -usable. The SEO they offer is a joke, and and soon as you stop paying they delete your website.
