I have used Network solutions for 10 years and 4 web sites. nS is a good group & if you fight your way through the Web.com BS and get a nS engineer - it’s all good. But the marketing sales etc of web.com is awe full

Worst you could choose!!!!!
They churn out junk and then try to talk themselves out with lame excuse. I have waited 8wks for a web site, they have had three attempt and its the same rubbish as the first.The bunch that I am dealing with are in Stockton on tees UK KEEP WELL CLEAR .

Stay far, far away from these people.
Spent over $4,200 in marketing and got zero return.
After i cancelled, they still billed the credit card $1,400 without permission, but won't return it. Keep giving me the run around and bs excuses. Fraudsters

Rubbish do mnot be conned int using.
A month to produce a website so complicated and full of bad spelling that its a laughing stock. I complained after their first attempt and was reassured by a manager that thing would be put right, I sent more text and pictures and none have been used.

Pay Close Attention and Don't Turn Your Back on Web.com
Used the site to experiment with design but decided to keep Weebly. Forgot I had an account with Web.com. Looked at my visa and discovered they had been billing me $22.95 and refused to refund my money. They offer free basic serv... but not really. Rip

Horrible experience . So they have a number on my web page that transfers to my business number and I wasn't working for over a week had a client say they tried to call multiple time and it didn't so the went to yelp to get my number directly .

Incompetent beyond belief
I had signed up but didn't actually do anything with it as I decided to go with another provider. They harassed me with phone calls and I asked them to take my number off their call list. I still keep getting phone calls from them. Unbelievable!

Stay Away from Web.com
Cancelled my service, but they charged me $1,000 saying I didn't cancel before the next billing date. Had they not cancelled 2 scheduled phone calls with me, I would have cancelled well before the billing date. DO NOT USE WEB.com.

Incompetent and or fraudulent billing
Services agreed upon had no yield therefore ROI was non extant. Requested termination of service at end of three months. Web.com continued to bill my bus credit card to the tune of $9000! Now they are unwilling to refund the ill gotten money.
