Webfusion limits individual downloads to 3mbps. (315KB/sec) After submitting my request to cancel my hosting subscription, Webfusion took over a week to respond. And when they canceled my subscription, they immediately charged my PayPal for the next month

No customer service!! If you want anything be prepared to wait on the phone for a long time. Don't bother sending them emails, they wont respond!!

I got sick to death of the servers constantly going down. I didn't realise just how slow their shared servers were until I went to a new company. Customer Service was absolutely dire and the fees extortianate.

Wish I had read other reviews before joining Webfusion/Pipex. They are rubbish. Bad FTP connections and major problems logging into web account. Stay well away from these people.

I signed up for Webfusions free one month trial Reseller account nearly a month ago.

I decided to cancel as I had a better deal with HeartInternet.co.uk, but they billed be almost a week early and then said they would not refund it. Lousy attitude!
