No customer service!! If you want anything be prepared to wait on the phone for a long time. Don't bother sending them emails, they wont respond!!

I got sick to death of the servers constantly going down. I didn't realise just how slow their shared servers were until I went to a new company. Customer Service was absolutely dire and the fees extortianate. |

Wish I had read other reviews before joining Webfusion/Pipex. They are rubbish. Bad FTP connections and major problems logging into web account. Stay well away from these people. |

I signed up for Webfusions free one month trial Reseller account nearly a month ago.
I decided to cancel as I had a better deal with HeartInternet.co.uk, but they billed be almost a week early and then said they would not refund it. Lousy attitude! |
