Web Hosting Review: Totally disgraceful in all respects. Should not be allowed to continue trading. Appaling cust. service. Appalling tech support. Reponse times 2 weeks plus. Terrible. Stay well, well away from this company.

Web Hosting Review: No customer service!! If you want anything be prepared to wait on the phone for a long time. Don't bother sending them emails, they wont respond!!

Aviod at all costs!!! The worst provider I have ever encountered!!!

Web Hosting Review: I got sick to death of the servers constantly going down. I didn't realise just how slow their shared servers were until I went to a new company. Customer Service was absolutely dire and the fees extortianate.

Web Hosting Review: Wish I had read other reviews before joining Webfusion/Pipex. They are rubbish. Bad FTP connections and major problems logging into web account. Stay well away from these people.

Web Hosting Review: I signed up for Webfusions free one month trial Reseller account nearly a month ago.

I decided to cancel as I had a better deal with HeartInternet.co.uk, but they billed be almost a week early and then said they would not refund it. Lousy attitude!

Web Hosting Review: Appalling support staff. Started selling VPS but know nothing about them and have to call their German Datacentre but never get back to you. My VPS has now been down for 2 days and they can't tell me when it will be fixed and don't seem to care.

Web Hosting Review: Very poor tech supoort, non existant customer service and a shared server that went deon 35 times last month - at total or 815 minutes. A large company with quite dreadful product. Go elsewhere.
