Appalling support staff. Started selling VPS but know nothing about them and have to call their German Datacentre but never get back to you. My VPS has now been down for 2 days and they can't tell me when it will be fixed and don't seem to care. |

Very poor tech supoort, non existant customer service and a shared server that went deon 35 times last month - at total or 815 minutes. A large company with quite dreadful product. Go elsewhere. |
