CONSTANTLY AMONG THE BEST
I've been with WebHostFace's shared hosting for over 6 years now (got all the invoices to show it), and I can only applaude them for their nearly flawless service: I've never had a single major problem in all my time with them, only a (literal) couple of glitches that were all solved within hours from opening the ticket..or even directly on their live chat; their support has always gone above and beyond to address any issue or question I had or even just to meet my needs - based on my personal experience, they have the absolute best of the best support I've ever seen....the overall service has been (and is still being) one of the best hosting experiences ever for me.
They may be a little bit costlier than other shared services out there, but they're definitely more than worthy every penny you spend.

Will never trust these scammers
Here's what happened with me. I bought a product from them. I couldn't get to use it due to some technical problems that I faced with their product. I didn't want to use it and also totally forgot about it. But because of automatic renewal on their side, I was charged $165 for a product that I don't even want to use. I asked for a refund and they said they don't send a refund after the renewal takes place. Wow! I'm not gonna trust this company anymore! Never! This is my personal experience. I'm not telling anyone else to not use their service. If you want to use their service, you can. Just make sure to manually disable the automatic renewal if you decide to continue with them. Otherwise, they will take a big chunk of money off your pocket and you will not even receive a refund. Their emails will be marked as unsafe by gmail. So you may even not notice the invoice reminders. In my case, webhostface was a sheer disappointment.

Scammer Web Host Face. Cheated my $680
I have signed up the Web Host Face lifetime package. Web Host Face has created so many problems by problems on my websites which I have not got this problem about pirated themes and plugins before for 6 years from my original hosting company now. They paid for $600 for lifetime hosting service and $80 for malware and did not see any service done. After that Web Host Face suspended my account. I wasted my $80 and $600 for lifetime hosting service which did not use anymore after cunning tricks the Web Host Service have done for my past 28 days. I have met the 30 days policy but no refund. Now my name server are not pointing at Web Host Face and it pointing at other hosting company. They gave me a did not make any sense reason for not refund me and ignored the countless number of times for request of refund. Is it fair for me that I am not using their hosting service and yet not refund me for the money which I have met 30 days that stated on their website. I have a lot of evidence to proof myself. I need to get my buyer rights for the Web Host Face to cheat and playing tricks on more and more customers websites but cannot successful sue or get dispute for the refund !! I don't understand why the TrustWave still on the scammer "Web Host Face"!!

This is an unethical and dishonest company.
They will not accept a cancellation of services and will renew without your consent. They delete help desk chats. They will also suspend your account without communicating it. Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with such a terrible company!
