The worst company I ever dealt with. They took my site down cause they felt it was getting too much traffic. There is no one to answer tech support. No warning no nothing STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!!! The company is located in RUSSIA they just use a PO box |

I don't know what all the complaints from other people... Maybe what I want is just very simple and basic functions... but I have no complaints. Whenever I have problems, they are there to solve them, and they fix it very quickly. |

Update on my problems: The owner of the company promised a FREE year of hosting as well as other things and when I accepted, I never heard from him again. I have copies of emails to prove it!!!! |

worst hosting company ever!!! it takes 3!!! days to get the answer from support and 5 days to make them do something what they should do by themselves... support is so stupid and lazy...if you have not sighed up my advice - RUN from them!!! |

Constant server overloads and crashes (Shared3). They take 12+ hrs to fix hardware problems and when they restore from backups. They don't restore properly creating problems for me. Been with them almost a year and now I'm looking to move on. |

This is a follow up of my 1 April review. I am planning to move out of WHB. I just received another server crash on RS11 of my hosting plan. It took them about 12 hours to fix it.

i think "maybe my database (200 MB)" but how can I have access to my Databse if I don't have access t my control Panel

No uptime guarantee. I have to pay manually every month for my Startup C plan. Server RS11 went down for over 16 hours in March due to ha. No compensation. Poor FTP connections during uploads lately. Support has been slow lately too. Very upset with them. |
