The hosting features provided is excellent but the autobilling could be improved. Autobilling should indicate domain being charged for to facilitate credit card auto billing. Otherwise, excellent hosting providing. |

They are really very good. I've had some slow responses to a couple of technical issues, but nothing out of the ordinary. They have been very reliable and I have had a recent hack on my site but hopefully that is resolved now. |

Great value and good tools to get website up quickly. Only problem is occassionally dns servers don't respond (fox1 and fox2.dnsvelocity.com) and this makes website inaccessible or emails to bounce. |
