No problems at all. Servers and network are always online. I moved my domains from other hosting company where I was paying 10 times more and getting 10 times less speed. |

I was so lost when I signed up for a reseller plan. Honestly it was rough start but they hung with me and so far I find WHB to be a GREAT value. Maybe some more startup lit would be good though. However I'm way pleased overall. |

WebHostingBuzz is great offering FREE domain names for my hosting package. Support is quick and techs DO actually know what they are talking about plus I referred them to two people and earn $50 which is something we do not see often with other web hosts. |

| Company Response: | Thanks for kind review. We do provide live chat, online ticket support and occasional phone support to our premium customers. We do not provide phone support at this time to keep the costs low on our end however toll free phone support is coming in a few weeks. We would rather want to answer the support requests quickly than to let the client wait on the phone line for hours. All your support issues were addressed in a timely manner and I do not see it going as long as two days as you mention in your review. Your site was suspended on two occasions. Initially it was suspended for Microsoft software piracy issues where your site was caught providing fake software keys and downloads of Microsoft. We took care of that too. Your website was suspended the second time for resource abuse but this issue is being dealth with our customer services staff and I promise a mutually satisfied solution. Your account has been suspended not only once but on three different occasions before for breaking the rules such as running proxy servers, spamming etc. We have been trying to work this out with you but your in return got abusive attitude towards our staff members in your ticket posts. Posting this fake review would not help your cause. We have decided to close your account effective immediately because we cannot do business with folks that cannot even show slight human dignity. |
