I have been a customer Web Hosting Buzz for over a year, comming up on the two year mark, I have to say that the hosting providers I have been with do not compare to the uptime, great customer support, and a very nice forum area for the customers. |

I don't know what all the complaints from other people... Maybe what I want is just very simple and basic functions... but I have no complaints. Whenever I have problems, they are there to solve them, and they fix it very quickly. |

Update on my problems: The owner of the company promised a FREE year of hosting as well as other things and when I accepted, I never heard from him again. I have copies of emails to prove it!!!! |

Constant server overloads and crashes (Shared3). They take 12+ hrs to fix hardware problems and when they restore from backups. They don't restore properly creating problems for me. Been with them almost a year and now I'm looking to move on. |

no worning nothig befor this happend!!! how can i fill 200 GB this is crazy!! i think "maybe my database (200 MB)" but how can I have access to my Databse if I don't have access t my control Panel

No uptime guarantee. I have to pay manually every month for my Startup C plan. Server RS11 went down for over 16 hours in March due to ha. No compensation. Poor FTP connections during uploads lately. Support has been slow lately too. Very upset with them. |

my 1st month - mostly wasted on the dns setting, which they admit is their fault
