I haven't been able to send email for over a month; website has spotty performance or temporary (but frequent) outages. BAD customer service -- as you can tell from their responses here.

Company Response: Elaine Meszaros with www.shobhathreading.com is a hot-head who spammed review forums with false data when countless errors were from her own mismanagement and lack of Web knowledge. We will be happy to show her support tickets to support this.

Simply the best support and service you can find from a hosting company. Better uptime than I have ever experienced and the customer care is superb, even with my basic account.

Customer for 6 years - Wonderful service that deteriorated over the years until one day they left me with no email for a week, then ignored me for a week while I asked for an explanation. Providers that have better value do exist.

Company Response: We have NEVER had a mail issue as stated here. This user filled his email box and bounced his mail until he realized his error and freed up space. Also, I have no idea how we can "ignore" someone. We have toll fee phones and 24/7 online support.

Well my rating is based on the following events:

1. Herendously slow servers
2. Raid card crashed and lost all data
3. When they went to back up the data the latest backup was 45 days old
4. Really bad customer support.
Bad all around!


Company Response: John with www.internetprosonline.com left this out: 1) Was hacked from his mismanagement. We fixed it 2) Had us property install oscommerce for his clients 3) Never had backups for his own clients! 4) Replied "Thanks!" to our support NUMEROUS times
