Never a problem (unless caused by me) Support that helps me with MY problems without talking down to me... And they know there stuff. I just moved a second site here.

Blacklist webintellects, here is a brief excerpt of their last eMail to me. "Wow. We lost a chance to host a hell of a nice person like you? Bummer. I guess we will have to help the hundreds signing up all the time from over 80 countries instead. Bye!"

They are not the cheapest host out there, but I have always felt I got my money's worth and their staff has always been very easy to deal with and helpful. Excellent for dedicated hosting. VPS plans have been bumpy a few times, but still a great company.

lots of problems in 3 years they've hosted my site, with website down, server crashes. I wish I never linked my fate with theirs!

I have used their service for over two years. I have had constant problems using email. The servers do not really go down, but I am unable to send and sometimes receive email. I am switching hosting services now due to these problems.

Been with them for going on 3 years which is a record for me being with any web hosting company. Few problems... and when I do have a problem their touble tickets are answered immediately.
