Their price isn't attractive but I didn't know any better (like netfirms IMO) back then so I registered two year term. They automatically charged me 30 days before next renewal day and NO refund. Never returned my call as they claimed they would.

We have been with them for over 4 years, very relaible, have had few issues recently and was told is related to their network expansion, but all my issues was taken care of very proffessionaly. Can't complain, highly recommended.

4 years ago these guys were OK. Now e-mail service goes down, message delay is 2-12 hrs, tech support, customer support, even sales require you to leave a call back number, with 1 day response time. I'm switching.

Terrible. Worst web host I have ever encountered. Email has been down for the past 20+ days. Tech support hangs up, disconnects chats, closes tickets without responding to them, and offers excuses and false promises.

I'd tell you to run from this company, but I don't think it'll suffice. In fact an F-18 might be more suitable.

Their 100% uptime guarantee is total farce, and god help you if you need to get in touch with anybody. Stay far, far away!
