Pros:	great friendly prompt service. A very good service for the money
Cons:	some technichal restrictions eg no email catchall accounts and limited to only 1 mysql database
Company Response:	We do actually have a catchall email address, just name an email account 'catchall' and it will automatically catch any email that is not directed to another specific email address for that domain.

Pros:	Great service; decent site administration tool; good value for money
Cons:	SQL Server price OK, but would be nice to be able to pay monthly.

Pros:	besides email...all ok
Cons:	the server is down almost every day. We can not access our email almost everyday at some point.
Company Response:	We have replaced our WebMail with a new webmail server and two webmail clients, one specifically redeveloped for our servers, stability of webmail has been far better (Regular POP and SMTP has always been very stable with no issues).

Pros:	Stable server doesn't need support but support is super when need;their IQ must be above average;price is your choice;intelligence is mine.
Cons:	No phone support. (Well, no excessive expect for perfection)

Pros:	Price is EXCELLENT--especially the 1st year as the setup fee is the only charge! Tech Support and Cust Service have quick response, BUT see CONS
Cons:	Navigating around Tech Support & Cust. Srvc interface designs is cumbersome. Numerous passwords and SN is confusing and unnecessary after registration
Company Response:	We have redesigned our entire website and account management. This should alleviate the navigational issues presented above substantially.
