| Company Response: | This client had an issue with logging after changing their domain name (stats are still available via the previous URL for the previous domain name, but do not show under the new domain name's statistics). All responses to this clients issues were within 12 hours and I'm not entirely sure why they were so upset, they host multiple domains with us currently. |

| Company Response: | We have replaced our WebMail with a new webmail server and two webmail clients, one specifically redeveloped for our servers, stability of webmail has been far better (Regular POP and SMTP has always been very stable with no issues). |
