Very good hosting
I highly recommend this hosting. This is a great host with affordable packages for shared hosting. I have hosted multiple sites for many years and have good experience with them.

Worst customer experience
There customer support is very poor and they dont list listen to the customer. Even if there is an issue on their end like database not working they try to blame it to the customer. They typically takes many hours to respond to a simple query. Also, i had an issue in my hosting and instead of helping me out fix it or debug it they decide to terminate the account where the account had no problem. I was using a wordpress website with optimized plugins but they suspended it quoting resource limits without even talking to me. I would never recommend anyone to buy hosting from them. Customer support can be very rude most of the time.
You can get domain from them but there is not much in their client area you can do. Even nameserver change tool does not work and i have to open ticket to change nameserver. Dont anyone to go for winshosting. Go for any other hosting but them.
