Pros:	A godsend. Top-notch support. Problems are virtually nonexistant. Andy goes out of his way to help.
Cons:	I have no complaints (as was not the case with my prious host)

Pros:	I recently switched to XISM from GearHost and the experience has been completely wonderful.
Cons:	So far so good, thus nothing to complain about.

Pros:	I love the level of control that I am given over my service.
Cons:	With Xism, the only con is not having more domains to be hosted.
