Rubbish customer service.
Staff are very bad at answering tickets and emails.
Overcharged when renewing and refused to refund.
No apologies for mistakes even when it's clear the customer is really annoyed.
Get your hosting elsewhere.

Zyma Offers Excellent Web Hosting!
As a Web Developer, I've worked with various hosting companies and must say that Zyma is the best that I've experienced. Their servers are very fast and reliable; something that you'd naturally expect from a hosting company but don't always get.

Complete disaster from the outset
I'm not sure if the positive reviews are real...or lucky but I found Zyma to be absolutely shocking in every department. And the worst thing is I didn't even end up getting to test there hosting out, All the problems occurred before this even got underway
