Everything is good, until you have an issue. I have never dealt with a more rude and unhelpful support staff before, and I use several other hosting services. I will definitely move my business.

I am happy to email my tech support tickets so you can see how bad they really are. My site has been down more than my previous host. They refuse to answer why they can't keep it up and walk around the answer. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
