I've beeen with Authentic Networks for approx 3 years now and would rate their technical support at a 5 (Rather than the 4 allowed) they have consistantly gone above and beyond the normal hoster relationship. (An i'm in the UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Follow up to my earlier 4-star ratings: I'm still overall impressed, but have to post a WARNING to my fellow webhost shoppers: BEWARE to carefully read the TOS and backup your files! Hackers took down my site and I lost years of work host can't restore.
