Used to be decent, back in the day...
Used to be very good and helpful, but a couple of years ago it all went to hell. Downtime was up at 20% for months, every time I contacted them I was assured it wouldn't happen again. Can't believe I put up with them for so long! Absolutely incompetent.

Shared server migration - Disaster!!
Digiweb are falling apart at the seams.
Since May this year I have had not ONE WEEK go by without the loss of my website or problems with emails. This so called 'migration' to shared servers will go down in history second to the Ulster Bank IT debacle.

Stay away!
My websites are down most of the time.
My email accounts are broken.
Support ignores me requests completely.
They don't even bother to send me EPP code so you could transfer my websites somewhere else.
Stay away from them!
