I had three domains under my account. One domain was paid for 1 year and the others had an outstanding balance of $15. They mergeed with Host Gator and they did not transfer my fully paid domain because I still owed $15. They have extremely poor support.

Exovian Was THE BEST TIL couple month ago WHen the hold company just have a big Crash. Now i dont get any Tech support or a way to contact them. Server is unmaintanened. My Server overload couple of time. I asked them to fix it. But never hear any respons

Exovian hosting is very cheap. But it is not fast, has poor uptime and no customer support at all. Support tickets are never answered, people are double billed, they never answer their support phone line. THERE IS NO 24/7 Support, it is a LIE.

Quick and easy setup, everything else was terrible, no service/support, and now they are illegally billing my credit card! they are nothing but thiefs
Company Response: Responded to my first ticket, then never responded again. Never returned any emails, I canceled and transfered, and they still bill my credit card!
The tech support is pretty awsome, it's basically what they're known for.
Company Response: Only bad side is there is no way to cancel support manually without tech-support, but this can also be a good thing.
