I maintain a tourism site for my company in Wyoming. If it goes down I loose money! I have never had to worry about that. Bill, Matt, and Tim are always on top of things and make sure I am a happy camper.. What more could I ask for?

This has to be one of the best hosting providers I have been with. My site is always online and my questions are answered promptly. Coming from plesk, I needed some hand holding with cpanel and the support team did not mind that at all.
