Not sure where to start
Our site was down 2 full days and 3 days intermittently. Had to call sales dept 3 times in the US b/c we were not getting anywhere w/their support overseas. Double charged for SSL. Had 2 tickets open. 1 was closed saying the issue is on our end - REALLY?
