I paid for my hosting & domain which will expire on 8th july. I successfully paid on 5th july. But my hosting & domain is announced expires. They dont response on my support ticket for like 1 week. I think i already lost my money, worst my valuable domain

I paid for hosting and domain name renewal, but they did not renew my domain name. Apparently they went out of business.
Now I lost my domain name, and I cannot get it back.
They will rot in hell.

*No support, just a ticketing system which is ignored

Dont touch these guys! Almost impossible to get thru to them most of the time. I have my site not working for days at time and they cant be contacted. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
