As posted earlier "stay away from this host like the plague"! They give NO service, their site has been down for days = my site also! "Have called 800 number and I get the rep. you called is not available at this time, leave a message".

Avoid this host like the plague. Site has been inaccessible for 4 days now. No way to contact them. Prepaid for a year and got a free domain. Have been holding the free domain hostage for several months now. Had all sites hacked on their servers 2x

When my site goes down which seems to be often lately, trying to get to there site (which is also down) is impossible to get help! They have good pricing, but what good is good pricing if your site isn't working and making you money!

Ive never met a more unprofessional company in such a competitive industy. These guys need to be put out of business, I had my business website taken down without any warning. They will not respond to any of our questions, USELESS!

My pages with Integra were always down. I have been trying for 3 days not to cancel my acount and get a refund back for paying a year in advance. I just keep getting the run around with this company. -F DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

No integrity. None. Zero. As someone mentioned earlier, they're reeeeeeal nice to you before you sign. Then, well, that's another story. They lost my site, did not give me my money back, and refuse to anwser my emails.

Site suffers from regular down time. Support has always been reasonably prompt - but I had had them once deny there was a problem. Overall, I regret going with them, wouldn't recommend them and won't be renewing at the end of the year.

I posted here earlier this year that Integrahost still owed me a pro-rated refund of prepaid hosting fees. Guess what… they STILL haven’t paid and ignore all my emails. Do NOT trust this company! Integrahost does NOT equal Integrity. Such a shame.

Integrahost is kind before you become a member. Then after you become a member they act as if you do not matter anymore. uptime is not 99.9% it's more like 50% literally. Technical questions are not answered in detail. Poor business practice.
