An update on my situation with IntegraHost... paid for 1 year reseller hosting in advance in Dec 05. Cancelled hosting in Mar 06. Promised refund NEVER arrived. New owner of IntegraHost claims no responsibility. New owner=same problem... NO INTEGRITY!

DNS goes out constantly. TS speaks english as a second language. Once, I had to remind them to charge my credit card. A hard drive failed and they were gone for a week without saying anything, and another week before my sites were fixed.

I would not recommend using Integrahost. My site was hosted with them on a server that went down. My entire site was lost when this occurred. There were no procedures in place to ensure that my site would be recovered. I had to start over from scratch.

I've read the other reviews and I can't help but echo every negative comment that has been writen. My site has been down for the past ten days (and still counting). I get NO replies to emails and the live chat is more like like live denial. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been with Integrahost a year and 6 months. They have sunk to the bottom. Ever been screwed - I AM. 2 sites down and lost. I'll try to recover data - I'm out of here

99.9% uptime is a blatant lie. Got hacked, and they blamed my scripts (even though every domain on the same ip also got hacked). No good.

IntegraHost is the worst web host I have ever known. Their uptime of 99.99% is a BIG LIE! It's more like 45-60%, their servers are slow, vulnerable to attacks and they are in DENIAL when I told them their servers had problem. DON'T TRUST THEM!
