They are decent in cost and hosting until you have a problem, and you will, and then you will tear your hair out in frustrating call after call to unreliable tech support. I am switching companies after 4 years.

Tese folks are having significant growing pains. No email for 3 weeks. Stayed on hold 4 or 5 times in excess of an hour. Techs pass the buck- blaming the problem on others. If you need help from them, forget it!!!

Just trying to renew a domain name right now ... been on hold for 2 hours and 3 minutes ... thought maybe I'd leave a review on them for the wait! As the company grows, their customer service just can't handle the influx. Things are breaking down.

I have had the WORST experience with this hosting and may sue them as a result. they screwed up my DNS, it has been a full week and they still have not fixed it. I have lost over $2K in revenue as a result and they continue to say.... please allow 12 ho

With them for 6+ years. Last year I moved servers to get new features and higher quotas. 1 yr later they have taken away disk quota and are telling me to move again, or pay them to move me. + major down-time lately. Straw broke camels back. Good-bye iPowe

Had too many email rejections. Tech support is of minimal ability. Last time they told me to configure email with my isp's info instead of theirs. What a copout!

horrible untrained support, max number of files 50,000 so you can use maybe 2% of the offered space unless your average file size is like 6MB - rediculous, max file upload size is 2MB, server downtimes, loss of data, files, and email accounts...

- They block us on CBL, I now have to change DOMAIN NAMES!

- After paying, my card co. asks me to change cards, said I just dealt w/ a company known for fraudulent deals.

- ZERO SUPPORT. Try calling. Now.

They cut off my service before the end of my contract because I asked to have my web hosting transferred to another company.

No reliability. E-mail is down, hosting is down, no tech support for 6 days even as I type this review.

We are leaving iPower, lesson learned.
