Our site has been down for over a week with no hope in site. Support just passes along the ticket. The site was broken by one the techs while talking with her about email. She did something and it just went down. They do not know their product.

They used to be great now they ar terrbile. Constant failures of overloaded servers, terrible support (20 to 60 minute wait time on tech support hotline call them yourself to see) FTP is not working

Bad service: no less than 20 minutes wait time on phone- usually much longer. Will not support their VPS product, it's a company policy; they tell you that your on your own with a VPS account. Tech support people do not know the products.

Simply put... The only way you will like iPowerWeb is if you are a masochist. They WILL lie to you, neglect to provide you with the service you paid for and never get back to you. So, if you like that kind of abuse, well... Seek help. Just don't do it.
