A cheap place that has horrible customer service. Their techs are so incompetent that they lost my counters. How they handle e-mail is ridiculous.

Dedicated servers are simply not supported, techs unhelful at best and server constantly goes down and you have to wait 24-48 hours for them to do anything (like even rebooting), about it. Worst hosting company ever!

Webmail system often deleted all my emails. Support was awful. Waits of 45 minutes or more after which you were told your problem had to be referred to a higher up who you could only consult with via cryptically worded emails and a 24 hour delays.

Two sites through them. The shared server plan works fine as long as your features are minimal (don't even try to run a message board), but the Virtual Private server is a joke. NO technical support, only run-arounds.

If you ever have a problem good luck. Signing up maybe quick, easy and inexpensive, but if you ever want to close your account it is made very difficult and it takes for ever and ever.

If you look at REAL customer reviews of iPowerWeb, you'll quickly see that customer after customer rates iPowerWeb as the WORST. Read some real reviews and judge for yourself.

You get what you pay for I guess. I didn't have trouble with my phpbb board until i moved from cpanel to vdeck because they made me. Now I can't restore SQL databases with more then 50000 queries. Stupid!
