Worst hosting company
Trust me guys if you are serious about your online business Never get hosting from Ipower, Server down every weeks or sometimes 2- 3 days, you will loose potential customer. Better to go some good company,

Avoid at all costs!
iPower has very poor performance, bad technical support, overpriced, and a very limited "unlimited" hosting plan. All of which hurts you if you're a photographer putting up proofs for clients to review! I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs!

One of my client's business site is hosted by iPower. I do not give them a very high rating because 1) they are overpriced for the service they are providing my client and 2) their tech support is extremely rude. I have told my client to find a new host.

terrible, rip me off and over charged me from time of sign up, incorrect billing and charges and plan, overcharged me, wont refund my money, hidden charges, very high fee's for second year after "sale" is over terrible customer service and billing

Used to be a great company. Now they 1) have poor technical and billing service, 2) LIE about "unlimited hosting" - you ARE limited, they will wipe out your entire website if you go over the unpublished "limit", and 3) increase prices constantly no reason

Tech support is just about non-existent. Customer service would rather argue with you. Using a web monitoring service shows my site constantly down. Speed on my 2 up sites are horrible. I'm pulling 3 accounts out of ipower and won't look back doing so.

Reliability/Uptime is poor they FTP and email problems were frequent and would go on for days while installing my ssl key they knocked my whole site FTP email everything and did nothing to fix it. I Worst host ever, stay far away.

was with ipower for five years. customer service/tech support is outsourced and horrible. my site was hacked three times through ipower servers. clincher was when they released my primary domain name, even though it was on auto renew. bye bye ipower!

A Complete Scam - they bill for $60 worth of stuff that I never wanted and they refuse to refund it. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with
