Have a client with hosting on ipower. The site is down as often or more then it is up. Support is slow to reply and has yet to fix a single issue. Even with low strain the speed is crawling most of the time. Avoid this one for sure.

five years with ipower and i'm done. constant technical headaches. site was hacked. email buggy. phillipino support. automatic renewal malfunction cost me my .com business domain name! ipower just bought fatcow so beware! trust me... stay away!!!

I been with Ipower for maybe 8 years and now that my site is getting more traffic the databases is always getting database error or it takes forever for my site to load. They offer you unlimited space and data but what good is it if the server is too slow

I have been online with their live chat 6 times in the last 2 weeks due to server downtime. All their chat staff can do is give canned responses and forward the complaint to a higher department. I will be switching hosts ASAP!

Doubled my bill out of nowhere. I'm currently on hold with support and have been for 19 minutes with nobody answering. Complete joke. Canceled the website! DO NOT SIGN UP!

Our company has been with Ipower for over 6 years and they were great to start with. But within the last year there support is a joke. When you call it is someone in Guatemala. Changed web hosting companies. Stay Away.

Our church was with ipower for 5 years. We had some video sermons hosted there. Didn't generate much traffic, our church is small. One day ipower called and said they were taking us down in 2 days. We had to move EVERYTHING in 1 day. IPOWER = TERRIBLE

They were OK when I first started with them. Lately there have been all kinds of issues with my website being down and also my email. The worst thing is that they just dump all the email when they get things back up and running again!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

I have been with IPOWER for the past 6 years. They were great at the beginning but over the last two years (2008-2009) the service & knowledsge has gone completely downhill! They can't even fix problems they cause. They are clueless. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
