Scam artists. I've been trying to cancel my hosting (which is on auto-pay) for months. They refuse to answer any correspondence, and the phone number listed on the website is apparently a wrong number.

This host sux big time.. I submitted a support request 2 weeks ago.. the ticket has since automatically closed due to inactivity twice.
I had to call theplanet.com to find out what's going on with the damn server.
I am changing hosts asap!!!

I have had many problems with them recently with uptime, also there customer service is the worst i have every seen , i opend a ticket like 2 weeks ago atleast and i havent even gotten a reply, it was opend so long the system closed it.

They have the fullest WHM I have seen. I could even do my SSL myself. It is a real nice price too if you have a lot of domains and need bandwidth.
Company Response: The servers are nice enough for my sites, one 2.4ghz processor w/ 1g ram, but it is not the fastest possible like dual processors w/ 2g of ram.
