I manage 7 smb's in my area that use hosted exchange services through Netvigour, which I unfortunately recommended. My first sign-ups and migrations started in 2014. The Dec2020 system crash, 2 week ongoing outage, complete total data loss from Dec13 and prior, offline systems, DNS failure, and crypto breach was the last straw.
History: From day one, minute one with the very first customer sign up there has been near constant issues including mailbox errors, unnecessary NDR'S, constant blacklisting, db corruption, spoofs, hacks, security failures, routing failures, control panel failure, data loss, constant extended outages and more month after month year after year for all my companies, all the same issues across the board. Its never isolated to any one client account.
Support is a joke and accounting dept I'm convinced doesn't even exist. CEO might as well lie for a living about status, uptime, licensing, products and everything else under the sun. It has been a full time job keeping my clients email service operational over the years. Netvigour is on the cuff of being a in a class action law suite at this point and I honestly do not know how they are still in business. The big 2020 crash was the final straw. Years of critial customer data was found to be corrupted and gone forever overnight on Dec 14th. Exchange services failed, outlook connections cut, owa as a workaround is not stable or functional and support team all but dissappeard during the continued outage. I've worked tirelessly these past 2 weeks to migrate 130 users across 6 local companies that I support to get as far away from these clowns at Netvigour. I have now lost a few customers in the process since I recommended netvigour to begin with and cost associated to emergency migrate exchange providers has pushed them over the edge. 9+ days of ongoing email outage days before Christmas will do that.
